The human body is a complex computer. Its very intelligent! It stores all habits and tendencies. It only takes about 3 weeks for the body to recognize habit forming patterns and our training methods. Our Limbic system recognizes possible danger and it adapts quickly.

 

That's why you have to add variety in your training methods and even in your nutrition. Variety is definitely the key to seeing results. .You have to mix it up with light, medium, and hard training days. Doing this will give your body a chance to rest, revitalize, and repair. This also guards against over training, which LEADS TO POTENTIAL INJURIES. Doing the same routine, over,and over, and over, will keep you STUCK AT A PLATEAU! This the main reason why people regress or totally give up on their health goals entirely. Its a matter of science, genetics and having THE WILL POWER to push through even on days when your energy level isn't at its optimum peak!
